This is the fourth attempt at covering this canvas with a decent image and it sure is funny how things go. This painting has taken me through several leaps, even bounds, in my approach to painting. I have tried new things and felt like they all taught me a great deal, from using washes to trying new colors. This is one I want to keep on my painting wall in the studio for a good bit longer so I can continue to look at and let its lessons generate more effects on other pieces.
