I saw this gnarled old tree while driving past and ended up stopping three different times to get the right light and right angle. I thought I had it then changed my mind, then changed back after seeing a "better" morning. I have pushed around paint on this for a good bit, changing light and emphasis and controlling the focus. It was a nice exercise in options, and can sometimes lead to finding it hard to finish. But this one landed on a good spot, I think. One that echoes the wonder I saw in it the first time I noticed it.
